Hello there and back again!

Hello there, Assalamualaikum and I am back again.

I was surprised, and quite glad that someone messaged me asked why a link to my website was not available. I wasn’t surprised because the link was down, since I knew my site was not renewed since last year, but rather surprised because someone actually clicked the link to my website. Thank you, apparently someone did my writing. It does galvanize me to write more.

Of course the main reasons I continued/renewed my website, which was the same ones as before, was among others is that I meant this website to be a mind dump and place where I can share all, or maybe not all, but most of my ponderous, minute, simplistic or even boring thinkings in one place AND to share it with others, where it might be useful. So if you find any of my writings to be useful, I’m glad you did.

There’s the option to use other social media, but the algorithms aside, those platforms tend to store any postings or sharings in their own caves of database, which is ironically not available to the writers themselves. The posts become just a stream of feed and it somehow diminishes the effort in writing in the first place. All the craze right now seems to be Linkedin, which suits my writings I supposed, compared to Tiktok, but I can’t seem to even find a link I saved a few weeks ago, hence I don’t believe that anyone who reads my postings there will likely read it again.

Anyways, here’s to a new year (yes this posting is in February) full of productivity and useful actions.
