And why would you need to choose? What put you in this saccharine situation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was reading the book Supercommunicators by Charles Duhigg that I was reminded of the situations above. My kids were communicating in a different type to me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charles Duhigg said they are three areas of communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"869\" src=\"https:\/\/farisismail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/img_5875-1-1024x869.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-622\" srcset=\"https:\/\/farisismail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/img_5875-1-1024x869.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/farisismail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/img_5875-1-300x254.jpg 300w, https:\/\/farisismail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/img_5875-1-768x651.jpg 768w, https:\/\/farisismail.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/img_5875-1.jpg 1179w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My kids were maybe in the \u201cWHO ARE WE?\u201d communication type, with a blend of \u201cHOW DO WE FEEL?\u201d, while I was completely absorbed in my own bubble of speech in the type \u201cWHAT\u2019S THIS REALLY ABOUT?\u201d.
